This office is counsel to Buyer for the property referenced above. The Buyer would like to ensure that all modifications and additions were performed with a permit and were properly inspected, approved and met the Township’s code requirements, including documentation evidencing removal of an underground storage tank, including No Further Action Letter. In addition, Buyer is requesting confirmation that there are no assessments, penalties or open violations pending against the property.
