I’m submitting this public records request under OPRA and the common law right of access. As allowed under NJSA 47:1A-6(f), I’m not required to use an official form—this email serves as a valid request.

35 Outcalt Rd, Edison, NJ 08817, Block: 1120 / Lot: 56

My office represents the buyer for this property, currently under contract.

Records requested:
• All open and closed permits
• Certificates of approval for any improvements
• Records of any property violations
• Any information regarding oil tanks or septic systems

I confirm that:
• I have not been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of NJ or any other jurisdiction.
• I will not use these records for commercial purposes.
• I am not seeking these records for use in any legal proceeding.
