Dear Ms. Codner,
In response to your above referenced OPRA request, attached please find a Permit Report from our Construction Department. There is no survey on file for this property and there are no code violations. Our Tax Collector has reported that there are no property tax liens. Taxes are delinquent for the 2nd quarter of 2021. Water and Sewer are up to date.
Our Health Officer does not have records responsive to this request.
