The Township of Scotch Plains received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on July 23, 2019. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is August 1, 2019. This response to your request is being provided to you on the same business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.

Request: A current list of all residential vacant properties in your city. I do not need any personal information. I only need the property address.

Response: Please be advised that no such document exists. While the Township adopted a vacant/foreclosed property registration in 2018; the data is not yet being collected pending program set-up.

END OF REQUESTED ITEMS

By this letter of response, the Township of Scotch Plains will consider your OPRA request dated
July 23, 2019 complete unless otherwise informed.
