I am requesting a List of all residential properties in your city that have had the water shut off any time between 11/1/2018 and 5/20/2019. I only need the property addresses. I do not want any customer information or reason for shut off. I authorize you to redact confidential information in accordance with Section 182.052 of the Utilities Code.

Request received. I have asked the Construction Department and the Sewer Utility if they have access to the information you have requested. They have seven business days in which to respond. The Water Company may be the correct agency to contact, but we will do our best.

This response is being provided on the same day the request was received.
Both the Construction Department and the Sewer Utility have responded that they do not have documents or data responsive to your request. The Township does not maintain that record. Your best course of action would be to contact the two water companies that service Clark, New Jersey American Water and Middlesex Water Company.
