1. From the Township's Health Department - Inspection Reports (4 pages)
2. From the Township's Tax Collector - Tax Account Detail Inquiry (1 page)
3. From the Township's Building Department - Permit Log (10 pages) - Personal information has been redacted in accordance with the Open Public Records Act statute which prohibits the release of personal information.
4. From the Township's Fire Department - There are no documents responsive to your request.

These records are being transmitted to you via email, as per your request.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or unfulfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a right to challenge the decision by the Township of Bloomfield to deny access.  At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey, or file a complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.  You may contact the GRC by toll-free telephone at 866-850-0511, by mail at P.O.
