Any certificate of occupancy or rental certificate of occupancy, landlord
registration forms available in the past five years

Any record of the property having an oil or septic tank.

Any health or code violations and reports

Any Certificate of Occupancies

Any recorded surveys

Any special assessments

If waterfront or flood zone add the following:

Any elevation certificates

Any letters of substantial damage

Any tidelands or CAFRA permits
