3. Any settlement, separation or other agreement between the school district and Abner Mendoza that resolved any disciplinary action related to the allegations contained within R.S. (a minor) v. Penns Grove Board of Education, et al, Docket No. SLM-L-165-20.

The case shows on e-Court as having been dismissed for lack of prosecution. The lawsuit was first reported in the September 25, 2020 South Jersey Times "Mom’s lawsuit: Vice principal’s texts to student ‘inappropriate’" by Chris Franklin and Matt Gray.
