Please confirm if there was an oil tank removed from the subject premises. Please confirm if there are any future assessments, or penalties and open violations pending against the property.

listed is an open permit)
I've been informed by the Code enforcement inspector that there are
currently no open property maintenance violations.
(The B.D. can only vouch for property maintenance & UCC violations)
