I am requesting a List of all residential properties in your city that have had code violations any time between 4/1/19 and 6/26/2019. I only need the property addresses. I do not want any personal information. I authorize you to redact confidential information in accordance with
Section 182.052 of the Utilities Code.

In regard to the above referenced OPRA request please note that the City of Englewood does not maintain a list of properties with code violations. You must provide us with an address and the building department will let us know if there are violations on that particular property.
