Regarding Block 4101 Lot 2 aka 12 Wayne Ter. Respond to “any open liens”.
I see no open, nor history of, liens against this property due to unpaid
taxes or sewer fees.
However, the entire year of 2025 property taxes less $19.92, and the
entire year of 2025 sewer fees are both delinquent and will be sold at tax
sale this fall if not resolved. 1^st Quarter 2026 property tax and 1^st
Half 2026 sewer fees are also past due, respectively.
