We are in receipt of your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) Request, dated
July 1, 2020. Accordingly, your request was forwarded to the appropriate
departments that maintain the types of records you are requesting.
Your request sought access to:
• Requesting current list of all residential vacant properties in your
city. I do not need any personal information. I only need the property
address.
We are currently awaiting responses from Code Enforcement regarding the
documents you requested. Due to the COVID-19, we are temporarily short of
staff and still working to process all OPRA responses as timely as
possible. However, at this time, as such, an additional 7 business day
extension (July 23, 2020 ), permitted under OPRA is required.
Your patience is greatly appreciated. If you have any question or
