The Buyer would like to ensure that any and all modifications and improvements performed at the property were done with a permit and were inspected, approved and met the Township’s code requirements. Please provide a list of ALL PERMITS and STATUS. In addition, please confirm whether an underground oil/storage tank was removed and provide approvals, including NFA Letter. Please confirm if assessments, penalties or open violations are pending against the property for any improvements.
