This office is counsel to the Buyer who is purchasing the property above on
December 1, 2020. The Buyer would like to ensure that all modifications and
additions performed at the subject premises were performed with a permit and
were properly inspected, closed, approved and met the Township’s code
requirements. In addition, Buyer is requesting confirmation that there are
no assessments and penalties pending against the property.
