Dear Ridgefield School District,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
You previously denied this request for being too broad. I have narrowed the language and scope of request per your denial.
I would like to advise you of the following case ROSETTI VS. RAMAPO-INDIAN HILLS REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL BOARD OF EDUCATION, ET AL. L-1383-23, BERGEN COUNTY AND STATEWIDE.)
All emails from Andrew Borek to Ridgefield Board of Education members from March 25, 2026 through present regarding Vickki Nadler employment.
All emails to Andrew Borek from Ridgefield staff members from March 25, 2026 through present regarding Vickki Nadler employment
All cellphone and telephone records for Andrew Borek showing contact with Ridgefield Board of Education members and members of the Ridgefield School District between March 25, 2026 through present regarding Vickki Nadler employment .
All emails between Andrw Borek and any staff member from the Ridgefield School District from March 25, 2026 through present, limited to records specifically regarding the school district regarding Vickki Nadler employment.
This includes both personal and BOE emails as outlined in the ROSETTI VS. RAMAPO-INDIAN HILLS REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL BOARD OF EDUCATION.
If this is too broad please provide was in necessary to close the scope and receive the requested documents. If not provide the exact reason for denial so I can appeal to the GRC or Superior Court as I believe the documents contain information for that show a hostile work environment and the basis for a wrongful termination.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
