8. True and exact copies of any records wherein the names and addresses of any eyewitnesses to the accident are recorded;
9. True and exact recordings of any and all 911 calls relating the subject motor vehicle accident;
10. True and exact copies of any citations, tickets, or summons issued to any driver involved in the subject motor vehicle accident;
