Dear Custodian of Records,

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I respectfully request copies of all incident reports filed by the Ewing Township Police Department from January 1, 2023, to July 31, 2023, where individuals were charged with:

Resisting Arrest (N.J.S.A. 2C:29-2(a))
Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer (N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1(b)(5))
Endangering the Welfare of a Child (N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4)
