OPRA request
Dear North Plainfield Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
If possible, may I please request the following (preferably listed on a spreadsheet):
1) fire damaged properties (Building/Structure fires) of this year – 2024 (Address and Date)
2) Vacant properties list
2A) Including owners situated out of town
3) Delinquent property taxes
4) Delinquent water/sewer payments
5) Current Open Code Violations list of all property types.
Please include all phone numbers you may have for properties as well.
