This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Vacant List
- A list of all properties that the city deems to be currently vacant or abandoned.
Tax Delinquent
- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill for the last 12 months. Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the property.

Attached are the records you requested via Randolph Township OPRA 24-416
for a list of vacant/abandoned properties, properties with unpaid property
tax bills for the last 12 months, and properties whose property tax bill
has a lien against it. Randolph Township does not maintain a list of
vacant/abandoned properties. If you have any questions regarding the
attached record, please contact Tax Collector Linda Roth at 973-989-7048
and reference this OPRA.
