Tax Delinquent
- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill for the last 12 months. Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the property.
Water Shut Off / Utility Liens
- A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have had the water shut off at any point in the last 12 months.

On 8/1/2024 you submitted a request for public records pursuant to the
Open Public Records Act (OPRA). Your request was received after business
hours on 8/1/2024 and is deemed received on 8/2/2024. The statutory
deadline for responding to your request is 8/13/2024. This communication

You are not required to submit your request on the Township’s official
OPRA form; however if the records you request contain personal
information, you are required to certify pursuant to NJSA 2C:28-3 that you
have not been convicted of any indictable offenses under the laws of New
