The Borough of Carteret does not keep a vacant property list also, the system for permits does not print out a list in that manner and under OPRA we are not required to "make" a list/record if one does not exist. For the Fire Dept, you will need an address & date of incident in order to search. If you have any future requests, please feel free to contact the Carteret Municipal Clerks office.
