Code Violation
- A list of property addresses that have received any code violations in the last 6 months

In response to your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request.
The Borough of Fort Lee does not have a specific listing of properties that have code violations and/or a listing of fire damage. We can certainly fulfill your request providing that specific addresses are given. Kindly specify the address you are seeking records for.
Documents related to summons or other Municipal Court related documents as filed in the Fort Lee Municipal Court are to be obtained by completing a Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey Courts online website. Please contact the Fort Lee Municipal Court at 201-592-3500 ext. 1509 for additional information.
