OPRA Request
Dear Camden City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) Open Tax Liens: A list of property addresses that as of today have open property liens. This list needs to include amounts of balances owed.
2) Tax Delinquent: A list of property addresses that as of today are tax delinquent. This list needs to include amounts of balances owed.
3) Code Violations: A list of property addresses that have received any code violations since 1/1/2022. Please provide the type of violation.
4) Water Shut Off: A list of property addresses that have received any water shut off notices since 1/1/2022.
5) Board Up Fees: A list of property addresses that have been boarded up by the city since 1/1/2022.
6) Fire Damage List: A list of all property addresses that the fire department has received an emergency call to since 1/1/2022
Please put all list in separate excel files. If up to date data is not available, please provide the most available information.

The attachments provided were including those of the Tax Office's response also. We can only assume their attachment labeled 'open liens' was their response to that portion of your request. You would need to contact their office directly if you have a concern regarding that database.
