Dear Alina, 
This comes in response to your request for public records made under OPRA
and the common law right of access for the following please see my
responses in blue below.:
" 1. A list of properties that, as of today (7/28/22), have delinquent
property taxes and open property liens. If the property owner currently
has an unpaid tax balance or has an open lien on the property, please add
them to the list. Please include amounts of balances owed." The
file Condensed Lien Account Status Report as of 081122.pdf consisting of 2
pages is attached and was provided by the Tax Collector's office in pdf
format.  Please advise if you would like us to convert the Pdf to excel
format or if this file suffices.
"2. A list of properties that have received any code violations since the
beginning of the year 2021. Please provide the type of violation."  The
file Properties In Violation of Building Code 010121-072822.pdf consisting
of 7 pages is attached and was provided by the Building Department in pdf
format.  Please advise if you would like us to convert the Pdf to excel
format or if this file suffices..

"3. A list of all properties that are currently vacant or abandoned. If
the property used to be vacant and no longer is, please do not
include."  The Township of Livingston does not make, maintain or keep on
file a list of vacant or abandoned properties; therefore, there are no
records responsive to your request. 

"4. A list of all residential properties that have gone into probate since
the beginning of the year."  The Township of Livingston does not make,
maintain or keep on file a list of properties that go into probate;
therefore, there are no records responsive to your request. 

If possible, please put all lists in separate Excel files. If up-to-date
data is not available, please provide the most recently available
information."
