Good morning:

I am following-up on the response to your OPRA request.

Attached is the response to items 2 and 3 of the request.

In regard to item 1 (all code violations), please be advised

code violations are filed by property address. Kindly provide

the addresses of the properties that you are seeking records

for and set forth a time frame for the records sought.

In regard to item 4, the City of Atlantic City does not maintain

a record of delinquent utilities.  Accordingly, the city does not have

records to provide in response to this portion of the request.
