1) we would like a list of all delinquent properties and a separate delinquent list for land
2) we would like a list of all current tax lien holders or have invested in the passed
3) we would like a list of all municipal held liens

1. this can not be separated. The spreadsheet is attached.
2. Current tax lien holder is attached.
3. no such record exists as there are none.

And yes, this is the only investor at the moment.

The address is 113 Ship Bottom Avenue is the address that has the lien.
