Block 24.24 Lot 17
1 - Confirmation as to whether there are any open permits for the premises located on Lot 17 of Block 24.24. If readily available, please send copies of all permits, open and closed, for the above-identified property that have been taken out over the last 20 years.
2 - Confirmation as to whether any municipal assessments have been or will be imposed on the owner of Lot 17 of Block 24.24. If such assessments exist, please send copies.
3 - Copies of any restrictions of record, if any, for Lot 17 of Block 24.24.
Per your request for permits in last 20 years for 12 Wildcat, please see
attached.
There are also outstanding UCC violations from the construction
department (#V-21-054, #20190078 and #20190012) which have not been closed
out.
The Tax Assessor will respond under separate cover regarding assessments
and restrictions of record on the property.
