Subject: Dead Fish Issue

Good Morning:

I am working to try to see if we can secure a vendor to help clean up all
the dead fish in some of our Monmouth waters.

If your town has a dead fish issue and you would like to potentially
partner in a cleanup effort (I am working to get the state to reimburse
the towns for cleanup) please e-mail me ASAP so we can setup a call for
Monmouth towns interested.

The County has also been great in potentially allowing us to use
equipment.

Thanks,

Vin Gopal

Good Afternoon:

There is one statewide ballot question up this year which is very
important for our New Jersey veterans. After an 18 year journey for
veterans groups, we successfully passed the bill out of both houses to
reinstate the veterans tax credit for those living in CCRCs.

I ask you to support our veterans and vote YES on Question 1, the
statewide ballot question, but take it a step further and consider having
your town pass a resolution to support our veterans.

Our veterans have done so much for all of us to serve in office and life
freely - this small token of appreciation should be a no brainer.

Please consider passing a resolution in your town supporting the ballot
question. Tinton Falls Council President Gary Baldwin, a veteran himself,
has been leading this fight for 18 years and is happy to answer any
questions you may have. He is copied on the e-mail.

Attached are sample resolutions other towns have passed as well as
information on the ballot question.

Thank you for your consideration

Covid testing they can offer Monmouth County. Allentown is engaging
Immediate Care in East Windsor to do covid testing in the Borough. Sal
Cannizzaro, the owner of the Immediate Care is able to provide this same

interesting option is at home testing. A few of my physicians that I
work with are utilizing this at home covid testing service for their
patients. I contacted the owner and they can also provide at home
testing for the county health service. They are trying to get the
