Dear Green Brook Township,
I am requesting the below information for all the properties with a date range of 6 months from today.
1. All Code Violations
2. All Tax Delinquents/Liens
3. All Vacant/Abandoned Properties
4. All Utility Delinquents/Liens (if applicable)

Please see the attached list of delinquent properties. The identified Tax
revenue codes on the list are as follows:
05 – taxes
07, 08, 09 – sewer utility
15 – municipal liens
16 – outside liens
23 – year end tax penalty
The township does not maintain a master list of code violations or vacant
properties.
