I am requesting the below information for all the properties with a date range of 6 months from today.
1. All Code Violations
2. All Tax Delinquents/Liens
3. All Vacant/Abandoned Properties
4. All Utility Delinquents/Liens (if applicable)

The Township of Bloomfield received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
Request on April 14, 2021. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline
to respond to your request is April 23, 2021 response to your request is
being provided to you on the 7^th business day upon the Township’s receipt
of the request.
The following records are being provided in their entirety and are the
ONLY documents in the Township’s possession responsive to your request:
1. From the Township’s Building Department: Code violations (4
Pages).
2. From the Township’s Fire Department: Abandon Property List (1
Page).
3. From the Township’s Tax Department: Two (2) excel spreadsheets -
Delinquents and Liens.
4. From the Township’s Health Department: One (1) excel spreadsheet
– property maintenance Violations.
These records are being transmitted to you via email, as per your request.
*Personal information has been redacted in accordance with the Open Public
Records Act statute N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 which prohibits the release of
personal information.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfulfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Township of Bloomfield to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey, or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
