OPRA request
Dear Linden City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Please Note: I submitted the following OPRA request on November 17. Never receiving a response from your office, I asked for an update in early January. I still have not received a response, so I am withdrawing that request and re-filing it as a new request now. Please respond as soon as possible to confirm receipt of this OPRA request.
Records requested:
From the Police Department, the following requests:
1. The following documents pertaining to an incident involving Lenny Dykstra (aka Leonard Dykstra) on 5/23/18: Any incident reports with narrative, case summary reports with narrative, arrest reports, booking information, criminal complaints and/or summonses.
2. Police dispatch logs of all incidents of police dispatched to 1207-4 Stockton Circle from 2017-present.
3. All police reports with the name Lenny Dykstra and/or Leonard Dykstra on them from 2017-present.
Also, the following property records on file from 2015-Present for 1207-4 Stockton Circle (Block 411, Lot 13). Include property record cards; open/closed building/construction permits; certificates of occupancy; code violations and surveys.
