Construction Code Enforcement: Any permits, inspections, approvals and violations for, but not limited to the following: environmental remediation/items, oil-to-gas conversions, oil tank removals, electrical work, heating/air conditioning work, plumbing work, conversion of living spaces, installation/replacement of hot water heater, added bathrooms, all other additions, repairs all renovations.
Zoning Code Compliance. Confirm the property is zoned as a single family condominium family home.
Variances/Subdivision Approval-Applications. All variance and subdivision applications or approvals for areas around the property.
Tax office: Obtain current property tax record information indicating the amount of taxes, number of rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms as well as lot size including the property tax history. Request any current or anticipated property tax increases due to tax revaluations and/or added assessments based on additions, improvements, upgrades or any other item.

The city of Hoboken has received your OPRA requests Log # 20-0709, Log # 20-0710, Log # 20-0711 & Log # 20-0712. The requests were forwarded to the Construction Code Office, Zoning Office, Planning/Zoning Office and Tax Assessor Office.
Log # 20-0709-Construction Code Office, no responsive record exist in this department,
Log # 20-0710-Zoning Office, 415 Newark, Block 2 Lot 5, is zoned I-2 but was constructed by variance as a multi-family building: Legally non-compliant. Unit 6G (qualifier C006G) is a 2BR, 1275SF, Condominium Dwelling Unit.
Log # 20-0711-Planning/Zoning Board, the responsive records for this request would be from the 1990's. If records exist they are not digital accessible at this time. The staff is working from home due to the Corona Virus. Please submit a new request in the near future when the staff is able to review the hard copy of any records that may exist.
Log # 20-0712-Tax Assessor, the responsive records are attached and provided.
