to your OPRA Request for 102 Snowdrop Lane. This information was provided
to me after your request was fulfilled.

Andrea,

 

This property is currently under contract to be sold and I have just
conducted a CO inspection of the property (11/18/21).  The violations that
were noticed on 9/7/2021 have been partially resolved. The remaining
violation relates to trash, debris and tires all of which must be
eliminated before a CO can be issued. Notice of this was included in my
inspection report which was emailed to the seller's agent.
