Attached please find, as provided by Hardyston Building Department
employee Linda Kelly, and as approved by Hardyston Building Official Joe
Butto, Ms. Kelly’s notation regarding open permits, “None Bldg LK,” and,
regarding any permits for roof, “Attached Bldg LK.”

Attached please find, as indicated above by Ms. Kelly, one UCC New Jersey
Certificate Permit # 04-035.     

A redaction has been made over a private phone number.  A public agency
has a responsibility to safeguard from public access a citizen’s personal
information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would
violate the citizen’s reasonable expectation of privacy.  N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1
