The request for these documents is overly broad and would require
research. The request is overly broad, unclear and fails to identify with
reasonable clarity the specific government record(s) sought, as is
required by Bent v. Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30, 37
(App. Div. 2005), MAG Entm’t, LLC v. Div. of Alcohol Beverage Control,
375 N.J. Super 534 (App. Div. 2005) and NJ Builders Assoc. v. NJ Council
on Affordable Hous., 390 N.J. Super. 166. 280 (App. Div. 2007) and Donato
v Township of Union (Union), GRC Complaint 2005-182 (February 2007). 

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Borough of High Bridge to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (“GRC”) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint
