Records requested: 4 E Main st, Maple Shade Nj
Yours faithfully,

Good Afternoon,
I am in receipt of your below request, this request is vague and overly broad. A request pursuant to the Open Public Records Act,
N.J.S.A. 41:1A-1 et seq. ("OPRA") must identify the records sought with specificity. Bart v. Passaic County Pub. Hous. Agency, 406 N.J.
Super. 445, 451 (App, Div. 2009). As stated in Moretti v. Bergen County Prosecutor's Office, (A-2807-16T3) January, 2019);
If a request does not name specifically identifiable records or is overly broad, a custodian may deny access...An example of an overly broad request would
Be: " any and all records related to the construction of the new high school." Government Records Council, the New Jersey Open Public Records Act:
Handbook for Records Custodians, 19(5th ed. Jan. 2011)
At this time, A am requesting clarification of your OPRA request. Your request does not identify the date or range of dates or the actual records
Requested which is an essential component of an OPRA request. Please respond in writing so we may understand what documents you are seeking and for what
Time period. Failure to provide written clarification of your request will result in the closure of this OPRA request.
Thank you,
Andrea T. McVeigh, RMC

Dear Teri Mcveigh,
We are looking to see if there are any open permits, if a rental lic has been issued. Also has the building passed all township CO requiremnts. In addition are the units above the sore front registered for rental use?
Yours sincerely,
Michael Radie
Mr. Radie,
I forwarded your email to the construction office in reference to the permits. There are no
Rental registrations on file for 4 E. Main Street.
Thanks
Teri
