-List of full addresses with property code violation(s) within the last 12 months.

Tax Delinquent
-List of properties' full addresses that were tax delinquent within the last 12 months.

Please provide in spreadsheet format if possible (csv, xls, xlsx)
If the records do not include addresses (no house # or street), simply dismiss that part of the request.

are believed to be responsive to your request. Your request requires
additional time beyond the seven (7) business days to fulfill as we are
waiting for the delinquent tax list from the Tax Collector. See Scheeler
v. N.J. Dep’t of Educ., GRC Complaint No. 2014-123 (Feb. 2016) (validating
extension under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(g) and N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i) where
custodian provided written response within seven (7) business days and
provided specific date when records would be ready).  The Town anticipates
that records readily identified as responsive to your request, with any
necessary redactions, will be available to you by close of business on
Wednesday, June 19, 2024. If the records become available before then, I
will be sure to send them to you.
