Code Violations
-List of full addresses with property code violation(s) within the last 12 months.
Tax Delinquent
-List of properties' full addresses that were tax delinquent within the last 12 months.
Please provide in spreadsheet format if possible (csv, xls, xlsx)
If the records do not include addresses (no house # or street), simply dismiss that part of the request.

You submitted an Open Public Records Act (OPRA) Request Form to the Town
of Dover which was received by the Municipal Clerk on 6/3/2024. As such,
the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is 6/12/24.
Pursuant to the Act, the Town has 7 business days, beginning the day after
receipt of the request by the Records Custodian, within which to respond.
Please accept this email as the Town’s partial response to your request.
Your request sought access to the following:
• List of full addresses where water/utility services were terminated or
are delinquent in utility payments within the last 12 months.
• List of full addresses with property code violation(s) within the last
12 months.
• List of properties' full addresses that were tax delinquent within the
last 12 months.
Attached please find part of the records that to the best of my knowledge
are believed to be responsive to your request. Your request requires
additional time beyond the seven (7) business days to fulfill as we are
waiting for the delinquent tax list from the Tax Collector. See Scheeler
v. N.J. Dep’t of Educ., GRC Complaint No. 2014-123 (Feb. 2016) (validating
extension under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(g) and N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i) where
custodian provided written response within seven (7) business days and
provided specific date when records would be ready). The Town anticipates
that records readily identified as responsive to your request, with any
necessary redactions, will be available to you by close of business on
Wednesday, June 19, 2024. If the records become available before then, I
will be sure to send them to you.
