This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Water/Utility delinquent
-List of full addresses where water/utility services were terminated or are delinquent in utility payments within the last 12 months.
Code Violations
-List of full addresses with property code violation(s) within the last 12 months.
Tax Delinquent
-List of properties' full addresses that were tax delinquent within the last 12 months.
Please provide in spreadsheet format if possible (csv, xls, xlsx)
If the records do not include addresses (no house # or street), simply dismiss that part of the request.

The tax collector can run delinquent reports, but it will show me who is delinquent as of today. It will not show who has been delinquent within the past 12 months, if they have paid. Please clarify if that is sufficient to give the current delinquent list.
