OPRA: Purchase order history for the police department from 2012 to 2019

All purchase order history from 2012 to 2019 for the police department.
Please include the date, description, vendor, and amount of each purchase.
Excel format is preferred, but other electronic formats are fine if that is not feasible.

Good Morning,
After reviewing your OPRA request, the Finance Department is unable to run a purchase order history for those years, but they can run a report of the budget account status for the police department broken down per year. Will that report suffice for your request? Please respond via email as soon as possible. If no response is received in seven business days, then the request will be deemed denied.
