Please include the date, description, vendor, and amount of each purchase.
Excel format is preferred, but other electronic formats are fine if that is not feasible.

Due to the emergent situation with COVID 19, precaution is being taken to
protect the residents of this township and its employees. As of March
17^th, the municipal building will be closed for the week at which time we
will reevaluate the situation.
We will be remotely accessing our emails. Please allow 24 hours for a
response.

We understand that our daily lives may be inconvenienced but decisions are
