Dear Monica Morgan,
Thank you for your reply. I'm mainly interested in knowing when body cameras were first ever deployed to officers. My understanding is that there is time lapse between grant and actual use. Therefore, I would like actual purchase order of the cameras.
I would like to provide a more specific document request for items 1 and 2 (if you need). Please provide the following documents that are completed in the first month of deployment of body worn cameras (BWCs):
- Body Worn Total Activity Report (which generates members' BWC activation activity)
- Body Worn Camera review report (performed by supervisors; one in the first month of deployment is fine)
If there is a more efficient way to know the first deployment date (a better document that has this information) please advise.
Thank you!
Good Morning Mr. Kim,
I have updated the Chief of Police with this updated info regarding your
OPRA Request.
Thank you.
