Mr. Kim;
Commercial Township does not have a municipal police force. We have no police department that we fund by tax payers in Commercial Township. Our law enforcement is provided by State of New Jersey Troopers. The performance of their duties and the services they provide to the residents of Commercial Township are determined by the State. I would suggest that you contact New Jersey Courts, www.njcourts.gov Possibly this website can offer requirements of filing an OPRA with the courts for the information that you want. As Municipal Clerk of Commercial Township I do not have any lawsuits on file that I can provide to you, I do not have any lawsuits filed against any officers of a Commercial Township Police Department. I do not have a police department and to my knowledge Commercial Township never did have a police department.
Hannah Nichols
Township Clerk
