The Wall Township Clerk’s office is in receipt of your OPRA request and has forwarded to the appropriate departments by copy of this e-mail. Per Assembly Bill No. A3849 of the State of New Jersey, "during a state of emergency, public health emergency, or state of local disaster emergency, a custodian of a government record for a public agency will be required only to make a reasonable effort to respond to a request for a government record within seven business days, or as soon as possible thereafter, as the circumstances permit", as such response is due on or about 1/13/2021. With respect to OPRA3-2021 the telephone number has been redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1, which provides that “a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen’s personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen’s reasonable expectation of privacy.” This includes social security numbers, unlisted telephone numbers, driver’s license numbers, personal email addresses, dates of birth, SBI numbers, etc
