The Township of Scotch Plains received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on February 8, 2022. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is February 17, 2022. This response to your request is being provided to you on the 2nd business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.

Response: NO MUNICIPAL RECORD EXISTS FOR ITEMS 3, 4, 6, 8 and Delinquent Water. Included in attached pdfs entitled “OPRA – Pardo 2.8.22 - Property Lists”, "OPRA - Pardo 2.8.22 - Delinquent Sewer", "OPRA - Pardo 2.8.22 - Delinquent Taxes" please find all documents provided as responsive to your request.
