I am in receipt of your OPRA request for Block 9 Lot 7. Attached please find copies of the construction permits. At this time there are no open permits. Please be advised that Block 9 Lot 7 physical address was once 4 Philhower Road, which was changed around 2010 to 1242 Califon Cokesbury Road. Both addresses are the same location.

Thanks for the info.
Is a permit required when addressing a bulging basement wall? I am told an engineer designed a plan to address this issue but do not see a permit filed. Would a permit be required if there is movement in a basement wall and an engineer provided specifics to address / safeguard such an issue?
