If applicable, permits for installation/removal of above/underground oil storage tanks should be listed.
Item 2 - Property Survey - No document(s) responsive to this Item.
Item 3 - Zoning applications/approvals - Copy of 2 Planning Zoning Board Resolutions: 2006 First Star Properties for Approval of Bulk Variance Relief and Site Plan Approval and 2009 Resolution No. 090901 Granting Approval for Expansion of Non-Conforming Use.
Item 4 - Decommissioned oil tank, DFT letter - No document(s) responsive to this Item.
Item 5 - Septic and cesspool - These are done through the Monmouth County Health Department [email address]. and we refer you to same.
