I am not exactly sure what transpired. I had another issue with the same request that is identical to yours for the same property location. The other requestor sent an email that never got through to my email account for some reason. While on the phone together with the other requestor to try and resolve, I than sent a test email to the requestor and it went through. We went back and forth a few times. The requestor than sent it from a personal account and I then received the request and sent back the requested information.

Please see the attached response that has been located related to your request filed under the auspices of the NJ Open Public Records Act (OPRA), NJSA 47:1-A-1 et seq. Please note, if there are no questions, I will consider this request fulfilled and closed and there is no charge.

I am writing to request an internal review of Little Silver Borough's handling of my OPRA request 'OPRA for open/closed permits- 181 Silverside Ave, Little Silver, NJ 07739-1752'.

I originally submitted the request for the following on 9/26 which is long overdue.

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

- List of open and closed permits on the property
- Property Survey
- Zoning applications/approvals
- Proof of decommissioned oil tank, DFT letter
- septic plans, as-built, repairs, septic reports and survey; and, if applicable, a septic survey showing the location of the decommissioned/abandoned septic tank, cesspool, and/or seepage pit.
