In response to your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request regarding list of open and closed permits related to property known as 1009 Dearborn Road, Lot 14, Block 454.
Please see attached record responsive from the Fort Lee Building Department. Pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-1 "Privacy Interest" -certain telephone numbers have been redacted.
Documents related to summons or other Municipal Court related documents as filed in the Fort Lee Municipal Court are to be obtained by completing a Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey Courts online website. Please contact the Fort Lee Municipal Court at 201-592-3500 ext. 1509 for additional information.
