As this request is looking for open and not complete/expired permits I can process without a date range. Your previous request included expired permits - this would require research which is not covered under OPRA and would require a date range.

I copied the verbiage that other people have in their requests that have gotten successful responses.
Any open, pending permits that would inhibit a house sale closing, so being relevant to a homebuyer.
