OPRA-Fairview Insurance
Dear Toms River School District,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Copies of contract agreements made between The Toms River Regional School District and Fairview Insurance between 1/1/2016 and 12/31/2018.
Ledger of payments made to Fairview Insurance between 1/1/2016 and 12/31/2018.
Copies of School Board Executive Session Meeting minutes between 1/1/2016 and 12/31/2018.
Now that the investigation into school board leaks has been deemed closed, I am requesting a copy of the report created by the investigative firm of James Dierking.
In honor of transparency with the public, I do not expect any of this to be a conflict in any way.
